From 1988 to 1989, Reggie served as a collector at Columbia Adjustment Bureau in Columbia, Tennessee. In 1993, he embarked on a 15-year career with Professional Adjustment Service in Nashville, Tennessee, where he progressed through various roles, including Salesperson, Sales Manager, and President of the subsidiary company, CFO Collections. In 2008, Reggie acquired FOX Collection Center, where he currently manages all operational aspects. He is an active member of the ACA, TCA, and several chapters of MGMA, including the State MGMA, and participates in local Chambers of Commerce.
TESSA FOOTE, PRESIDENT
As the President of FOX Collection Center, Tessa Foote oversees the company’s overall operations. She joined FOX in 2016 after being a client for four years. Tessa's leadership and expertise are centered on developing technology-driven business services and solutions, delivering exceptional client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. She aims to transform the negative stigma often associated with this vital industry in the global economy. With in-depth knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and HIPAA, Tessa is dedicated to upholding professional and ethical collection practices.
Tessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Systems and Management and has prior management experience in the healthcare sector before her tenure at FOX Collection Center. She is an active member of the ACA and TCA. Tessa currently serves as President of the Tennessee Collector's Association.
TODD KNOWLTON, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Todd Knowlton serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at FOX Collection Center, where he manages both the sales team and the marketing department. Before joining FOX, Todd was a prominent sales leader and regional sales mentor in the medical sales and pharmaceutical industries, earning multiple President's Club honors. In these roles, he contributed to developing sales messaging, training and mentoring sales representatives, and achieving significant results. Todd attended Samford University and currently resides in Nashville, TN.
