Fox Management Team
From 1988-1989 Mr. Morris worked as a collector for Columbia Adjustment Bureau in Columbia, Tennessee. In 1993, Mr. Morris began a 15 year employment with Professional Adjustment Service in Nashville, Tennessee. During this time, he held positions as Salesperson, Sales Manager and President of a subsidiary comapny (CFO Collections) for PAS. In 2008, Mr. Morris purchased FOX Collection Center and oversees all aspects of the Operation. Mr. Morris also owns CFO Collections, Inc., a company which employs Cable TV and Internet Technicians. This company provides contracted services and door-to-door collections throughout the Southeast. Mr. Morris is currently a member of the ACA, TCA, several MGMA chapters including the State MGMA. He also participates in local Chamber of Commerces.
Vice President and Licensed Location Manager
Frank Fox started in the collection business in 1970. He was the “manager trainee” at Fox Debt Liquidation Service, Inc. In 1989 he purchased Fox Debt Liquidation Service and assumed the role as President and majority stock holder in Fox Collection Center. Frank has held offices in the Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce, Nashville Consumer Credit Association, Tennessee Collectors Association, and American Collectors Association. He lives in Millersville (Sumner County) Tennessee and has served as Fire Chief, City Manager and City Commissioner.
Mrs. Birdwell began her business career at Form Fit Rogers in 1960. She remained there until 1984 when it closed as the Payroll clerk for production and payroll.
In 1985, Mrs. Birdwell started working with Fox Liquidation Service – Sales Manager In 1988,Promoted to Collections Manager. Continued to bring on new business in sales. 1990 became minority owner of Fox Collection Center From 1990 on, Mrs. Birdwell worked in many capacities with FOX. She acted as the CFO, Collection Manager, Controller while continuing to be the Sales and Collection Manager. In 2008, upon the acquisition of FOX by Professional Recovery Management, Inc., she continues to operate as Controller. Her current responsibilities include: Accounts Payable, HR, Payroll, Overseeing the collection floor management and works with the management team to oversee the day to day operations of FOX.
Over the past 25 years Mrs. Birwell has been a member of many organizations. She also served in many leadership roles in these organizations.
Active Member – TCA since 1985 President and Secretary of the TCA Member of Chambers of Goodlettsville, Lafayette Lions club, President twice, Zone Chairman, two years. Lion of the Year Melvin Jones leadership Award School Board of Macon County for 6 years Chairman of the Financial Womens Organization.
Having completed his formal education at the University of Dundee in Scotland, Bob served six years in the US NAVY. Upon completion of his military service and having a solid foundation of computer skills and experience, Bob began an 18 year career in the Accounts Receivable Management industry that included employment with some of the largest, most well respected companies in the collections industry. Bob has filled positions of increasing responsibility from programmer-analyst and Project Manager to Vice President of Operations. He currently holds a Tennessee and Colorado collection license and is knowledgeable with PCI, HIPAA, Gramm-Bliley and NACHA regulations.
As Operations Manager, Bob oversees and is responsible for the daily activity of the IT/IS Department as well as the Collection Department of FOX.
Vice President of Sales
In 2012, Byron Whitehurst joined the management team of FOX Collection Center (FOX). Mr. Whitehurst brings his years of collection experience and expertise to the FOX team. His previous positions as Collection Manager, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Account Manager provide FOX with an extreme wealth of knowledge and leadership.
Mr. Whitehurst has consistently and successfully been the leader in sales and the retention of clients by partnering with each individual one, and providing those strategies that assist them to meet their specific AR Management and Revenue Cycle goals.
He has been an active member of MGMA, HFMA, and ACA International. He is Past-President of the Tennessee Collectors Association and has received the Bronze Follmar Award in recognition for his work and commitment to HFMA.
